Clean chocolate ice-cream

- About half a tub of cottage cheese (I get the woolies home brand)
- Tablespoon of cocoa powder... (More if you like it super rich),
- Scoop and a half of choc protein powder,
- 2 sachets of stevia,
- Tablespoon of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
- 1-2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
- Added a little almond milk until was nice and smooth consistency (not too much though)...

METHOD
1. Blend for a good while...
2. I also added 4 dates to sweeten it and give it a more caramel taste (you can leave these out if you like).
3. Place mixture in a bowl and in the freezer for about and hour, stirring twice maybe in 20 min intervals

Chocolate Bounty Brownies

• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1/2 cup softened coconut oil
• 3/4 cup water
• 3-4 scoops chocolate protein powder

Method:
1. Add water to oats, mix & let stand for 10mins so oats soak up the water. 2. Mix in coconut oil & protein and knead with your hands into a dough like mixture. 3. Flatten mix into a small baking tray & pop in freezer for 10mins until it's firm, but easy enough to cut. Then cut into squares & store in the fridge.
